Participation in WHMSI is open to all sectors of civil society — from government agencies, international conventions, to conservation organizations and other stakeholder groups — that work to conserve migratory species and their habitats in the Western Hemisphere — North, Central and South America and the Caribbean.
Participation in WHMSI is possible through a variety of ways:
Subscribe to WHMSI Update, our periodic e-mail newsletter, to stay up-to-date on WHMSI developments, migratory species conservation resources, upcoming events, funding opportunities, and more.
Share information about your migratory species-related conservation projects, publications, online resources, videos and presentations with your colleagues through the WHMSI Pathway. To add a project case study, visit the Eco-Index's "Add A Project" page. To submit other materials, send them directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Attend WHMSI Conferences and participate in the development of WHMSI, network with colleagues, and help to develop joint strategies for migratory species conservation.
Visit the WHMSI Forum to discuss topics or post questions and comments, announce events and other opportunities, share lessons learned and success stories, and share your data, publications, photographs, and more information related to migratory species conservation.
